Downs, McDonough, Cowan & Foley represented three bystanders at a Skijoring event held in Silverton, Colorado who were injured when a low flying drone spooked a horse causing it to trample their clients. A lawsuit was filed in La Plata County, Colorado alleging negligence against the drone operator, his employer, and the event organizers.
