LA PLATA COUNTY SUED OVER HARRASMENT ALLEGATIONS
Downs, McDonough, Cowan & Foley represented a La Plata County former employee who had complained for years about a co-worker whose actions resulted in a hostile work environment. The failure of the County to properly remedy the situation put our client’s health in jeopardy and forced her to quit her job.
